Any changes or cancellation of appointments must be one NO LESS than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. If a client arrives 30 minutes late, or more, their deposit will be forfeited. The client must make another appointment and another deposit will be required. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
